We read everything and reply to most things.
Especially useful
- Documentation. Programmes, yearbooks, media guides, ticket stubs, schedule magnets, contemporaneous local reporting. The reason the history page is written so generally is that reliable primary sources for hockey at this level are genuinely hard to find. If you have some, they change what we can responsibly write.
- Memories. Supporters' accounts of particular nights, promotions and community programmes are exactly the material nobody wrote down. If you went to school in the Quad Cities and got into the arena on a reading programme, that is part of the record and we would like it.
- Corrections. Anywhere on the site. If we have a structural claim, a date or a description of the market wrong, we would rather know than be politely left alone.
- Front-office and league perspective. If you have worked in minor-league operations and think the economics page misrepresents how a lease or an affiliation really works, that is the most valuable correction anyone can send us.
- Errors in the calculators. If the arithmetic on either tool is wrong, tell us and we will fix it the same week.
Photographs
If they are yours to share, we would like to see them. We will not publish an image without permission, and we will credit it however you ask.
What we cannot help with
This is an independent fan site with no connection to any hockey club, league or arena. We cannot help with tickets, refunds, merchandise, employment, player contact or media accreditation.
We are also not the Quad City Mallards and never were. We cannot answer questions about that team's operations, finances or closure, we hold no records belonging to it, and we are not in contact with anyone who ran it. For anything official about any current club or league, contact that organisation directly.
